Arts and entertainment have always been a major part of Liv's life. Singing, writing, drawing, painting, and photography have been some of her favorite hobbies since childhood. As an adolescent, she loved creating comedic characters and doing celebrity impressions, which she recorded on cassette tapes to amuse her friends. Throughout high school, she was a 'theatre kid' who participated in both scripted and improvisational acting, performing in plays and competing in regional acting events. During college, she focused more on singing than acting, performing the National Anthem at sporting events, competing in regional singing competitions, and curating a website and YouTube channel where she covered other artists' songs. At university, she started out as a writing (journalism) major, but switched to photography and graphic design after a couple of semesters. Since college, photography (primarily landscape and wildlife photography), writing, and singing have remained some of her primary hobbies.

            Liv became interested in voice acting several years ago, after being inspired by the voice work done in some of her favorite video games. It made perfect sense to her as a profession, given all of her previous experience in acting and vocal endeavors. Prior to taking the plunge into the voice acting world, she worked many different types of day-jobs over the years; from web and graphic designer, to office manager, to canine and feline nutrition consultant, to retail associate in various types of stores, to data analyst. She was laid off of her job as a data analyst (and replaced by AI, unfortunately) in the autumn of 2023, at which point she decided to 'pull the trigger' on giving voice acting a genuine try. Since then, she has taken several voice-over courses from esteemed professionals and organizations within the industry, and she continues trying to hone her craft in every way that she can.

            Outside of arts and entertainment, Liv's favorite hobbies include: spending time with her loved ones and pets, hiking and exploring the great outdoors, biking (both bicycles and motorcycles; her 'pride and joy' is a Yamaha MT-07 street bike), listening to rock music and going to concerts, traveling, studying various subjects of interest (particularly languages, history, geography, geology, and astronomy), and playing video games. Liv is an avid, lifelong gamer, and her ultimate goal is to become a well-established video game voice actor.
